Photo Booth Hire in North Sydney

CapThis provides photo booth hire across North Sydney, Milsons Point, Kirribilli, Mosman, Neutral Bay and the lower North Shore. We work harbour venue weddings, milestone birthdays, corporate functions and brand activations. Every hire includes an attendant, unlimited prints, props, custom-branded strips and a digital gallery, with no travel fee.
The Room Always Starts Polite
There’s a stage at the beginning of every lower North Shore event where everyone is behaving. Drinks in hand, name tags on, three people deep in a conversation about parking.
Then somebody’s boss puts on the sunglasses. Or the bridesmaids go in as a six and come out as a shambles. And the room stops being polite, which is the entire point of the evening.
That’s the bit we’re there for. Our attendant’s job is getting that moment to happen at half eight instead of half eleven, and keeping it going once it does.
Corporate Events
North Sydney also runs on office parties, client events, product launches and end-of-year functions. Different brief to a wedding, and we treat it differently.
For a corporate booking the strip is the takeaway. Your logo, your campaign colours and your messaging print on every copy, and every guest walks out carrying it. The digital gallery gives you the same images with the same branding, ready to use afterwards.

A soft white inflatable igloo you step inside, lit from within, so the room’s light never touches your photos. It also glows, and it looks like nothing else in the room, which is half of why people come over.

The Open Booth
Open air, no dome, and room for twelve in one frame without anyone getting squashed. No step and no door either, so guests of any age or mobility can join in.

Right on Blue Street in the middle of the business district, with the Harbour Bridge filling the windows. The obvious pick for a company function that wants a view without leaving the office postcode.
Luna Park, Milsons Point
The Crystal Palace and the Grand Ballroom both sit under the bridge, and the whole place is already a photograph. The Open Booth belongs here.

Right on the water at Mosman, with the boats going past all afternoon.

Heritage building on Chowder Bay, private and characterful, and one of the loveliest spots on the harbour for a wedding.
Getting to your North Sydney Venue
No travel fee. North Sydney, Milsons Point, Kirribilli, Mosman or Neutral Bay, the quoted price is the price.
Setup takes about an hour and a half and we arrive well before your guests. We need roughly 4m x 4m and a standard power point.
The lower North Shore is where access is worth mentioning in advance. A lot of these venues are heritage buildings, waterfront sites or upper floors, which can mean a lift-only run, a long walk from the loading zone, or restricted parking. None of it’s a problem and none of it changes your price. It just changes what time we turn up.

What's included in the price?
Everything. The booth, the attendant for the full hire, unlimited prints, the whole prop box, your custom strips and the digital gallery. Travel is included. Nothing turns up at the end that wasn’t in the quote.
Which booth should we pick?
The Igloo if you want that bit of privacy and the photos to look the same from six o’clock to midnight. The Open Booth if you’re expecting big group shots, or if you want something everyone can walk straight into. Send us the room and your numbers and we’ll tell you which we’d choose.
Can you brand the prints for a corporate event?
Yes. Your logo, colours and messaging go on every strip. Artwork design is included, and you’ll approve it before the event.
How much space does the booth need?
4m X 4m and a standard power point. A lot of North Shore venues are tighter than they look, so send us a photo if you’re unsure.
How far ahead should I book?
Corporate end-of-year bookings go early. The earlier the better but last minute photo booth bookings may be available.
