Photo Booth Hire in the Southern Highlands

CapThis provides photo booth hire across the Southern Highlands: Bowral, Mittagong, Moss Vale, Berrima and the surrounding villages. We work estate, barn and garden weddings regularly, including marquee and outdoor setups. Every hire includes an attendant, unlimited prints, custom-branded strips and a digital gallery.
A Booth That Suits The Venue
You’ve spent a year choosing the venue, the florist and the palette. The last thing you want is something turning up in the corner covered in flashing LEDs, fighting everything you’ve planned.
So we keep ours simple.
The Igloo Booth is clean and self-contained. Your strips carry your names, your colours, your fonts, not ours. And the attendant runs it quietly rather than working the room like an MC.
It still gets loud by 10pm. It just doesn’t look loud sitting in the corner at 5pm during canapés.
And it doesn’t carry Highlands pricing. Plenty of suppliers charge more out here because they can, and add travel on top. We don’t do either.

The Igloo Booth
a soft white inflatable igloo your guests step inside, lit from within. Highlands venues run to warm, low lighting. Gorgeous in the room, tricky in a photograph. Inside the igloo it doesn’t matter what the barn is doing. It’s clean and simple to look at, so it sits quietly with your styling rather than competing with it.

Sydney has no shortage of beautiful rooms, and we’ll happily set up in almost any of them. But there are a handful we get genuinely excited to see on a booking form.
Bendooley Estate, Berrima
The Highlands benchmark, and The Stables is where the weddings happen. Vines out one side, the Book Barn out the other, and it looks good in every season including the cold ones.
Centennial Vineyards, Bowral
Rolling vineyard views, a courtyard made for canapés and a first dance, and a reception room with actual character. Polished without being stiff, which is a harder balance than it sounds.
Hopewood House, Bowral
Heritage estate, formal gardens, quietly grand.
Mali Brae Farm, Moss Vale
Rustic, intimate, and genuinely photogenic in every direction.
Getting To YOU
The Southern Highlands is a drive for us. We don’t pass it on.
No travel fee. Bowral, Moss Vale, Berrima or out to Bundanoon, the quoted price is the price. Highlands couples are used to paying supplier travel on top of everything else. Not with us.
For barn, garden and marquee setups we’ll ask about:
- Power, a point within reach, or a generator?
- Ground that’s firm and level where the booth goes
- Cover, the equipment isn’t weatherproof, so there needs to be a wet-weather plan
- Load-in distance from where we can park
Highlands weather does what it likes. Every venue out here has a plan B, and we’ll set up in it happily.

What's included in the price?
Everything. The booth, the attendant for the full hire, unlimited prints, the whole prop box, your custom strips and the digital gallery. No per-print charge, no prop hire, no setup fee, and nothing turning up at the end that wasn’t in the quote, and no supplier travel fee out here.
Do you charge travel to the Southern Highlands?
No. Most suppliers do out here, we don’t. The quote is what you pay.
Can you set up in a barn or marquee?
Yes, most of our Highlands work is exactly that. We need a power point within reach, firm level ground and cover overhead. Tell us the spot when you book and we’ll confirm what we need.
Can the photo strips be designed to match our styling?
Yes. Send us your invitation, your colours or your fonts and we’ll build the strip around them. It’s included, not an extra.
How far ahead should I book?
Highlands venues book 12–18 months out and couples tend to lock suppliers in early, so don’t leave it late for a peak-season Saturday.
Last minute photo booth booking — it costs nothing to ask.
